For preference-based returns, items generally must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Customers are generally responsible for preference-based return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If an item is defective, incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy without imposing additional costs attributable to our error.
